Privacy Policy

Effective October 4, 2026.

This policy explains what personal information Turner Victory Team collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It covers our website, turnervictory.com, our client platform and client portal, our open house sign-in, and the emails we send.

“We”, “us” and “our” mean Turner Victory Team, a real estate team with Onward Real Estate, 1225 Garrison Dr, Suite 202, Murfreesboro, TN 37129.

The short version

  • We collect the information you give us, and some information about how you use our website.
  • We use it to help you buy or sell a home, to keep in touch, and to run our business.
  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • We share it only with companies that help us do this work, and only what they need.
  • You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time, and we will.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form on our website, sign in at an open house, work with one of our agents, or use our client portal, we may collect:

  • your name, email address, phone number and mailing address;
  • the homes you are interested in, and what you are looking for in a home;
  • details about a purchase or sale you make with us, such as the property, the price and the important dates;
  • notes our agents make about your conversations with them, and things you choose to share, such as a family birthday or a move-in date;
  • whether you have agreed to receive emails or text messages from us.

Information from others. We may receive information about you from:

  • the people who refer you to us;
  • the other people involved in your purchase or sale, such as your lender, the title company or the other agent;
  • the customer management software we used before our current platform;
  • public sources, such as the multiple listing service and public property records.

Information about your visit to our website. When you visit turnervictory.com, we and the companies that help us collect information such as the pages you view, how you arrived at our site, and your general location, using cookies and similar tools. If you scan a QR code on one of our signs or click a link in one of our emails, we may record when that happened and the internet address it came from. Some of our emails, such as our weekly seller report, tell us whether they were opened.

Children. Our website and platform are not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If a client tells us their child’s name and birthday so we can send the family a card, we keep it only for that purpose. We never contact a child or market to a child.

How we use it

We use your information to:

  • answer your questions and help you buy, sell or rent a home;
  • send you information you asked for, such as homes for sale or updates on the market;
  • keep in touch after your purchase or sale, for example with a card on your home anniversary or a report on your home’s market;
  • manage your transaction and keep the records the law and our brokerage require;
  • invite you to client events, if you have agreed to receive those emails;
  • improve our website and our service;
  • protect against fraud and misuse.

Our agents use software, including artificial intelligence, to help them remember who to follow up with and what matters to you. We send an AI service only what the task needs, the AI company may not use it to train its systems, and we never send it settlement statements, bank or account numbers, government identification numbers, or loan documents. The AI never contacts you and never makes a decision about you. Your agent does.

When an agent records a voice memo, a speech-to-text service turns the recording into written notes for that agent, and our AI service reads those notes to suggest follow-ups for that agent. Neither service may use the recording or the notes to train its systems. Only the agent who recorded the memo can hear it or read the notes. We delete the recording 30 days after the notes are made and keep the notes.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.

We share it only:

  • with the companies that help us run our business, and only what they need to do their job for us. They include:

    • our web host, which stores our website and platform;
    • our email provider, for our team email;
    • a website analytics service, which shows us how visitors use our site;
    • a map service, which shows homes and neighborhoods on maps;
    • a spam protection service on our forms;
    • a video service, where our video posts are published;
    • an email newsletter service;
    • the AI service described above;
    • a speech-to-text service, which turns our agents’ voice memos into written notes;
    • a home search service, which runs the home search on our website;
    • a document service, where transaction documents are signed and stored;
  • with the people involved in your transaction, such as the lender, the title company, the other agent and our brokerage, as needed to complete it;
  • when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.

Emails and text messages

  • Email. Our group emails and our first email to a new contact include a link to stop all email from our platform. Our follow-up emails ask you to reply with the word “stop”, and we will stop. You can also contact us at any time (see the end of this policy).
  • Text messages. We text you only if you have told us that is fine. We do not send mass texts. Reply to tell us to stop, or contact us.
  • Work alerts by text. We send work alerts by text only to our own team members who agree to receive them. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. They can reply STOP at any time. We never share mobile numbers or use them for marketing. Mobile numbers and agreements to receive texts are never shared with third parties. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
  • When you ask us to stop, we keep your name on our do-not-contact list so we can keep honoring your request.

Connecting a Google account (for our agents)

Connecting Gmail. Agents can connect their Google email so platform emails go out from their own address. The platform can only send email and see the account’s address. It cannot read anyone’s email.

The permission is stored in encrypted form and is used only to send the emails the agent chooses to send. When an agent disconnects, we withdraw the permission at Google and erase it.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Information from an agent’s Google account is not used to train AI, is not sold, and is not shared except to send the email the agent asked to send.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies, which are small files your browser stores. We use them to:

  • keep you signed in to our platform or our home search;
  • remember which of our pages or agents you came from, for 30 days;
  • understand how visitors use our site, through a website analytics service.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser’s settings. If you do, some parts of the site, such as saved home searches, may not work.

How long we keep it

We keep records of our dealings with you, including after a transaction closes, because real estate law and our brokerage require it and because many clients come back to us years later. We delete copies of some sensitive closing documents once we no longer need them. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we keep a record of that request so we can honor it.

How we protect it

We limit who can see your information to the people on our team who need it. Our platform requires each person to sign in, records who changed what, stores documents where they cannot be reached without signing in, and encrypts the passwords and keys it holds. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will tell you if a problem affects you as the law requires.

Your choices

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal information we hold about you;
  • correct information that is wrong;
  • stop sending you emails or text messages;
  • stop contacting you at all.

We will answer within 30 days. Some records, such as transaction records, we must keep even if you ask us not to, and we will tell you if that applies.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. If a change is important, we will tell our clients by email.
