Buying a house that has been sitting is a bigger part of the Williamson County market than most buyers realize. Turner Victory Team data shows 18% of every closing in the last six months came from homes that had been listed more than 90 days. Homes under $1 million in that group closed about $84,915 below their original asking price, against about $1,756 for homes that sold in week one.
